Freedom Medals.
Freedom Medals increase a hero's loyalty by 40 when rewarded and is used for hero persuasion.
The can be found in Swamps and Flatlands -- Usually in levels 5, 6, and 7. Also in Barbarian medium level cities 4 & 5.
But personally I got all my freedom medal from NPC level 5 by sending 400 balista and 400 transporter. My achery reserach level was 9.
If your archery level is lower than 9 please add more balista accordingly until there is no loses.
The best thing while hunting for Freedom Medals at level 5 NPC you will get 3 Million food each time.
